It is GSL’s primary responsibility to ensure the health and safety of its employees. Every effort will be made to prevent occupationally induced illnesses and injuries and to prioritize prevention over productivity. Keeping in mind the highest standards of health and safety, management will ensure all mechanical and physical facilities are in place for personal safety. In accordance with industry best practices, GSL will maintain a health and safety program.

Such programs are useful for both supervisors and employees towards prevention of illness and injury. Cooperation between all team members is equally important regarding health and safety matters because a good safety record can only be maintained by adding mutual efforts. It is not possible to remove accidents from workplace but health and safety programs and mutual efforts can reduce the number of injuries and illnesses upto maximum extent.
